How can I create an order?

You can follow these steps to complete your order:

Step 1: Select the size, type, and color of the product that you want

Step 2: Adjust the quantity of product

Step 3: Click the “Add To Cart” button

Step 4: Process payment and apply a discount code (if you have one) to complete purchasing

Step 5: Choose the payment method

How can make a payment?

We currently only accept payment via credit card and PayPal in advance, please. You can have someone to help place an order. Also, it’s not complex to have one PayPal account or a credit card.

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

How secure is my payment?

Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them to offer additional protection. You can check more on the Payment Policy 

How can make a personalization product?

Please enter the name you’d like to customize and send us your high-quality images via email. Please up to 3-6 images. We will choose the best and create a mockup and send you via email first. After you accepted, we will send it to your address. 

I am not sure about the size chart

Each product has a different size chart, we put the size chart very clearly on our website, and it shows the dimension of the bust, length, and the length of the hand. If you can not make sure about your size, please contact our support to receive help. 

Why is my coupon code not working?  

All coupon codes are timed exclusives, so make sure you’re using a valid, active code! If you waited too long, take advantage sooner next time!! Please email [email protected] with any questions if you believe that a coupon code is incorrectly not working.

 How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our products are printed on demand especially for each customer when they order. This process allows us to create unique and custom designs without waste. Tracking may take up to 5-7 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services process shipments).

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You’ll receive a link to track your order.

How can I exchange an item? 

Please check our policy here: Return Policy  or contact our email: [email protected] with your name, order #, and reason for returning. We will reply your email as soon as possible. 

Do you offer refunds? 

If we have made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item, the wrong size, or a manufacturer defect, please send pictures to [email protected] and we will replace the item. We may have you return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label.

Cancellation

We can cancel your order within 12 hours for any reason.  

However, we shipped your order out. We will ask logistics if it can be canceled. We will try to cancel it and be back to you as soon as possible.

VAT taxes

You don’t have to charge VAT for the item. We don’t make VAT receipt so can not send it to you or we will pay it for you before we ship the product to the customer.
